At The Style Factory, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items like innerwear, masks, or accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
