Cancellation Policy

At The Style Factory, we understand that plans can change. We’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and transparent to ensure a smooth experience for all our valued customers.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. You may instead request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately through email or phone with your order details.

2. Order Cancellation by The Style Factory

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Unavailability of the ordered product(s).
• Payment issues or incomplete transactions.
• Orders placed with incorrect details or suspicious activity.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
